Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getaddress.in and the Address application (the “Service”), operated by an independent developer in India (“Address”, “we”, “us”) — Address is a personal project and not yet an incorporated company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service in the course of a real-estate business. By using the Service you confirm you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Address is a tool that helps brokers turn a property message into a professional, shareable listing. We are a technology provider only — we are not a broker, agent, or party to any transaction, tenancy, or sale between you and any third party.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the property details, descriptions, and photos you add (“Your Content”). You grant Address a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and share Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including generating public listing pages you publish).

You represent and warrant that you have the rights to Your Content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that you have any consents required (including from property owners) to list and share it.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful listings;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.

The Address name, brand, software, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the Service as permitted.

The Service uses automated extraction to turn the message you paste into structured fields. This output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting each listing before you publish or share it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not verify listings and are not responsible for dealings between you and any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Address will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Address harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
